Skype expands VoIP technology

In a recent aquisiting by Skype, the company expanded its VoIP services by buying out Sonorit Holding and its U.S. subsidary, Camino Networks, for about US$27 million in eBay stock.
This is expected to add lots more talent to its already creative base of engineering experts on online voice communication.
Just out of track, they have something called the SMC Wi-Fi Skype Phone, which apparently lets users make free calls to another computer that has Skype. Is that mobile phone that charges you nothing for calls?! Amazing.
